## Features

The WJ2002 adopts a large outer diameter cap structure, which provides a wider force-bearing area when installed into the packaging bag by a heat press, thereby ensuring a more uniform distribution of heat sealing pressure and a more stable weld, greatly reducing the risk of air leakage or sealing wrinkles caused by uneven force; this product eliminates the filter screen in exchange for a more extreme exhaust rate and cost-effectiveness, and is specially designed for solid granular packaging.


## Application Range

Suitable for packaging gas-producing products such as coffee, pet food, and fermented feed. It can be installed on packaging bags and other containers to achieve one way degassing, block air ingress, and extend shelf life. (Widely used in packaging applications requiring high-strength assembly via hot presses and containing pure solid granules, such as bulk nuts, coffee beans, and agricultural products.)
